Richard and Mildred Harrison Memorial Scholarship
Benefits College Seniors For Their Final Semester
The Harrison Scholarship was established by the donors to help reduce the
loan burden incurred by a Tipton High graduate during four years of college. The
student must be enrolled for their final (bachelors degree) college semester(s)
and have a cumulative academic average of at least 2.5. Applications are
due by November 1 of the year preceding graduation, regardless of what month the
student will graduate. (December grads must have applied 13 months before
graduation.)
This scholarship will be applied toward the balance of your student account
for the last semester of your college career. It may only be
applied to outstanding tuition, fees, or book costs. To qualify for the
scholarship, you must be a college senior who graduated from Tipton High School, and you must have a cumulative G.P.A. of
at least 2.5.
